While the Rome Tourist Card doesn’t have an expiration date, that advantage is limited when compared to the Turbopass, since you'll eventually leave Rome. So, whether you pick a 5- or 7-day pass, it essentially offers the same benefit.

However, the Turbopass stands out as being far more practical than the Roma Pass and more affordable than the Omnia Card (which is quite expensive considering what it includes and its short 72-hour validity).
